RAPHA PHYSICAL THERAPY presents
Intensive Therapy Program
Our Intensive Therapy Program features The TheraSuit Method®, a holistic and highly specialized approach designed for children and adults with neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Spasticity, Hypotonia, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and more.
At the core of this program is an individualized, intensive strengthening plan tailored to each participant’s unique needs, strengths, and challenges. The method focuses on eliminating pathological reflexes and establishing correct, functional movement patterns through consistent therapeutic intervention and high repetition of targeted exercises—key components in achieving meaningful muscle and neurological retraining.
Tools of the Method
The TheraSuit®
A soft, breathable, dynamic orthotic that enhances proprioception, reduces
abnormal reflexes, restores proper muscle synergies, and provides body loading similar to natural gravitational forces.
The Universal Exercise Unit (Spider Cage)
Isolates and strengthens specific muscle groups, improves range of motion, increases strength and flexibility, and supports functional skill
development.
Program Delivery
This program is delivered one-on-one by our licensed, TheraSuit®-certified physical and occupational therapists in Montclair, CA. “I have been attending therapy sessions at Rapha for about 2 months now. The waiting area is nice and I have found the front office staff to always be polite and caring. I have worked with 3 different therapists at Rapha’s, all 3 are kind, listen to any pain issues I may be having that day and adjust the routine accordingly.”
